Aluminum oxide ceramic rollers are mainly made of high-purity aluminum oxide (Al ₂ O3), and their performance advantages include:

Widely used in metal wire (such as iron wire, aluminum wire) drawing, annealing, electroplating and other production lines, as well as textile machinery, glass fiber traction and other scenarios, it is used as a guide wheel and wire passing wheel, especially suitable for medium and low load working conditions that require high wear resistance but do not require extreme corrosion resistance or toughness.
Its structure is mostly a monolithic ceramic wheel body, paired with metal shafts or bearings, which combines the wear-resistant characteristics of ceramics with the convenience of assembly.
