Aluminum oxide spraying pulley is an industrial guide wheel with a surface coating of aluminum oxide (Al ₂ O3). Through processes such as plasma spraying and flame spraying, aluminum oxide ceramic powder is attached to the surface of metal substrates (such as steel and cast iron) to form a hard and wear-resistant functional coating layer, which combines the strength of the metal substrate with the excellent performance of the ceramic coating.

Basic performance balance: The coating hardness is about 800-1000 HV, with good wear resistance; The melting point is as high as 2072 ℃, and it can work stably in a medium temperature environment of 1000-1200 ℃; Strong chemical inertness, able to resist weak acids, alkalis, and daily corrosion.
