Zirconia spray coated pulleys are characterized by their coating's high toughness, high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and good chemical stability.
If the working conditions meet any of the following conditions, priority should be given to selecting zirconia spray coated guide wheels:
Temperature exceeding 600 ℃, or frequent temperature fluctuations (>300 ℃);
There is impact, vibration or alternating load, and it is necessary to avoid scratching the surface of the workpiece;
Contact with high-temperature corrosive media, food/pharmaceutical grade materials, or molten substances (metals, glass, etc.).
